Herbatint Color Glow Mask is a multifunctional treatment that colors, nourishes and brightens the hair.

It works by depositing pigments directly, without oxidation. The high-intensity pigments adhere to the surface of the hair fiber and the outermost layers of the cuticle, without altering either the internal structure of the hair or its natural pigment.

Unlike permanent or semi-permanent hair colors, it does not contain an oxidation system involving ammonia and/or an oxidizing agent, and it does not lighten the hair: it intensifies, refreshes or corrects the existing color by depositing pigments.

Color Glow Mask colors, nourishes and adds brightness at the same time. Its formula combines high-intensity pigments with nourishing extracts that help nourish the hair, enhance its shine and protect the hair fiber from oxidative stress. It is a truly multifunctional product! The result gradually fades with washing, depending on hair porosity, the starting color and the cleansing routine.

Color Glow Mask is designed to provide translucent color and blend the appearance of white hair rather than offer traditional permanent coverage.

For the best cosmetic performance, it is primarily recommended for those with a low to moderate percentage of white hair, up to approximately 20%, or those with faded salon color who want to refresh its tone and brightness.

The result is intentionally natural and multidimensional.

This makes it ideal for those who want low-maintenance color, a gentler color routine and a more modern, natural approach to beauty.

For optimal results and long-lasting color brilliance, we recommend applying Color Glow Mask every 7–10 days.

Yes. Herbatint Color Glow Mask can also be used on natural hair. As it is a non-oxidative hair color, it does not alter the hair’s natural color and has no lightening power. The pigments are deposited on the surface of the hair fiber, adding tones, intensifying the existing shade and enhancing the brightness of the base color.

The intensity of the result depends on the natural color and porosity of the hair: the tones will generally be more visible on light hair, while the effect will be more subtle on medium-dark brown or dark bases and will focus more on adding depth and shine.

Yes. Herbatint Color Glow Mask is compatible with hair colored using Herbatint Permanent Haircolor Gel and is particularly suitable for maintaining its brilliance between color applications.

The pigments help refresh the shade, compensate for the natural loss of intensity caused by washing and enhance the tones, while the conditioning active ingredients nourish the hair fiber and improve its brightness. The mask does not replace permanent hair color and does not cover regrowth, but it is an ideal cosmetic treatment for prolonging the vibrancy and evenness of the color until the next application.

The intensity of the Color Glow Mask result varies depending on the hair’s starting color. Following the recommended range of starting shades ensures the best result; otherwise, the product will mainly provide a conditioning effect and enhance the existing color without visibly changing the shade.

The Iced Espresso and Hot Chocolate shades are recommended for brown to dark blonde hair, shades 4 to 6; Soft Caramel, Intense Copper, Red Rock and Velvet Violet are ideal for dark blonde to platinum blonde bases, shades 6 to 10. The Pure Pearl shade is particularly suitable for light blonde, very light blonde or platinum blonde hair, shades 8 to 10.

Yes. The signature fragrance is the same throughout the range. The fragrance opens with milky and coconut top notes, followed by a heart of white chocolate and praline, and finishes with a base of vanilla and velvety musks.

Wearing gloves during the application of Color Glow Mask is strongly recommended to avoid staining the hands. As the formulas are rich in pigments, applying the product without gloves will very likely cause unwanted temporary stains on the fingers, palms and cuticles.

If the skin is accidentally stained during application, wash the area immediately with lukewarm water and your usual face or body cleanser to remove the stains quickly.

Herbatint Color Glow Mask was developed to offer high cosmetic compatibility and has been dermatologically tested on sensitive skin to assess skin tolerability.

However, as with any cosmetic product containing pigments and other functional ingredients, the possibility of individual sensitivity or an allergic reaction cannot be completely ruled out.

If you have particularly reactive skin, a history of allergies to hair products or are using the product for the first time, it is advisable to carry out a preliminary sensitivity test by applying a small amount of product to a limited area of skin and waiting 48 hours before full use. In the event of irritation or a skin reaction, discontinue use of the product.

We recommend using Color Glow Mask once a week, or every 10 days on average, to maintain intense color and keep the hair nourished and protected. For medium-length hair, the recommended amount for each treatment is approximately 30 ml. This means that one tube lasts approximately 1 month / 40 days on average.

The color gradually fades within a maximum of 12 washes, depending on hair porosity, the starting shade and washing frequency.
