Responsible Marketing and Public Relations Policy

1. Purpose and scope of application
As a Benefit Company and B Corp, Antica Erboristeria S.p.A. SB is committed to using business as a positive force. Our Marketing and Public Relations activities must reflect high standards of truthfulness, transparency and ethical responsibility.
This Policy covers all public communication and promotional activities of Antica Erboristeria S.p.A. SB, including:
- Product claims.
- Statements relating to the company purpose and Benefit Company identity.
- Branding strategies, taglines and use of the B Corp logo.
- Website content, social media, press releases and advertising.
This Policy applies to all employees and collaborators of Antica Erboristeria S.p.A. SB, as well as to partners, suppliers and third-party communication agencies operating on behalf of the company.
2. Guidelines
Antica Erboristeria S.p.A. SB is committed to operating according to the following principles:
- Truthfulness and accuracy: The information communicated must be correct, based on reliable data and adequately supported by verifiable evidence.
- Transparency: Messages must be clear, understandable and unambiguous, avoiding phrases, images or references that could be misleading, even implicitly.
- Proportionality: Claims relating to performance, benefits or environmental and social impacts must be proportionate to the actual extent of the actions and results achieved.
- Consistency: External communications must be consistent with the strategies, policies, objectives and actions actually undertaken by Antica Erboristeria S.p.A. SB.
- Inclusive language: Particular attention is paid to communications involving vulnerable groups or sensitive topics, as well as to the use of images and messages, so that they do not generate stereotypes, discrimination or unethical representations.
3. Approval and transparency
This Policy has been formally approved by the Management Committee and will be reviewed every three years. In order to ensure maximum transparency towards our stakeholders, the document is published permanently on the official website of Antica Erboristeria S.p.A. SB.
